Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Liz Cullimore and I am a fitness instructor living and working in West Sussex. I have nearly 30 years in the fitness industry, and love teaching. At my classes, I enjoy meeting and motivating people to jump around and keep young! I got the bug for exercise when I was young and studied at the Royal Ballet, and carried this through to fitness instruction when I grew up (although my family would argue I never really did grow up!).

I am always looking to learn new fitness techniques and learn more about the working of the human body. I regularly upgrade my fitness qualifications - these include being a qualified member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals).

My classes include men and women of all ages and cater for all fitness levels and abilities, from beginners to advanced. Everyone is welcome! If you have any area of concern through injury, I will always ensure that I adjust the routine to keep you safe and sound. We don\'t take ourselves too seriously, we are here to get fit, but also to have a bit of FUN!

Our teacher a beautiful woman named Liz, in her 60's with the most incredible strong lean body - she is truly inspiring. Zoe and I throw ourselves in to her classes with gusto before relaxing with some more treatments in the afternoon.

If you click on \'Timetable\' at the top of the page, you will see the dates, times and locations for 3 of the classes I run every week:

  • Legs Bums and Tums - Improves posture, strengthens muscles, flattens the tummy!
  • Zumba and Tone - Very popular and very fashionable right now. This is aerobics to Latin music. I have recently qualified as a Zumba instructor, and in the class we are all enjoying the fun element as well as the fitness!
  • Step and Tone - A good stable leg workout. Burns calories, gets the blood pumping, the hour goes quickly!

As well as the 3 classes listed here, I also teach a variety of fitness classes at the local leisure centres. These include Pilates on the Ball, one of my passions to help improve posture.
